TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of and participation in Grief to Glow Up (“Program”), offered by Angela Breitenbach, operating under the Rapture & Riches™ brand (“Angela,” “Coach,” “I,” “me,” or “my”), based in California.
By purchasing the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. THE PROGRAM
Grief to Glow Up is an educational and coaching program designed to support women navigating grief, life transitions, identity shifts, personal growth, and the process of moving forward after significant change.
The Program may include educational teachings, reflective exercises, breathwork, somatic and embodiment practices, audio and video content, worksheets, workbooks, prompts, and other digital resources.
Grief to Glow Up is currently offered in two versions:
Grief to Glow Up Self-Guided — $297
Includes access to the self-guided Grief to Glow Up curriculum and associated digital resources delivered through Circle or another designated platform.
Grief to Glow Up VIP — $1,497
Includes access to the self-guided Grief to Glow Up curriculum plus eight (8) weeks of private coaching support, including four (4) private coaching sessions of approximately 75–90 minutes each and between-session messaging support as described in the separate Client Coaching Agreement.
VIP clients are required to review and sign a separate Client Coaching Agreement before private coaching services begin. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the signed Client Coaching Agreement regarding private coaching services, the Client Coaching Agreement will govern those services.
2. PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is expressly offered at checkout.
Grief to Glow Up Self-Guided is currently offered for a one-time payment of $297.
Grief to Glow Up VIP is currently offered for $1,497, either paid in full or according to the payment-plan option displayed at checkout.
If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments in the plan regardless of your level of participation, use of the Program materials, or decision to discontinue participation.
By selecting a payment plan, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the payment schedule selected at checkout.
3. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the immediate delivery of digital materials and the nature of the Program, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Choosing not to participate in, complete, or use the Program does not relieve you of your payment obligations.
If you purchase Grief to Glow Up VIP and later choose to discontinue private coaching, any remaining payment obligations remain due according to the payment arrangement selected at purchase and the terms of your Client Coaching Agreement.
4. PROGRAM ACCESS
Your purchase includes ongoing access to the Grief to Glow Up digital curriculum for as long as Angela Breitenbach continues to operate the Program and/or make the Program materials available.
Program access is personal to you and may not be transferred or shared with another person.
Angela Breitenbach reserves the right to update, revise, reorganize, replace, or discontinue individual Program materials as the Program evolves.
If the Program itself is permanently discontinued, continued access to the Program materials cannot be guaranteed.
5. EDUCATIONAL AND COACHING SCOPE
Grief to Glow Up is provided for educational, informational, personal-development, and coaching purposes.
Angela Breitenbach is acting in the capacity of a coach and educator and is not acting as a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, medical provider, attorney, financial advisor, or other licensed healthcare or professional provider.
The Program does not provide psychotherapy, psychological counseling, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention, or other licensed mental-health or healthcare services.
Participation in Grief to Glow Up is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, psychiatric care, or other appropriate professional treatment.
If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, medical emergency, or believe you may be at risk of harming yourself or another person, you should seek appropriate emergency or licensed professional support rather than relying on this Program.
6. BREATHWORK, SOMATIC & EMBODIMENT PRACTICES
Grief to Glow Up may include breathwork, somatic practices, embodiment exercises, meditation, visualization, movement, emotional processing, and other experiential practices.
Breathwork within the Program may include gentle breath awareness as well as more intentional or activating breathing patterns, including Connected Breath, in which the inhale and exhale flow continuously into one another.
These practices may create physical sensations, emotional responses, changes in awareness, or feelings of emotional intensity. You are responsible for listening to your body, participating at a pace that feels appropriate for you, and determining whether a particular practice is suitable for your individual circumstances.
You may modify, pause, or discontinue any practice at any time. If you experience dizziness, shortness of breath, overwhelm, emotional flooding, significant discomfort, or other concerning symptoms, discontinue the active breathing pattern and return to your normal breathing. Seek appropriate medical attention when necessary.
Certain health conditions may require additional caution with more activating breathwork practices, including pregnancy, epilepsy or seizure disorders, cardiovascular conditions, recent surgery or injury, and severe respiratory conditions.
If you have one of these conditions, or another physical or mental health condition that may affect your ability to participate safely, you should consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional before participating in more activating practices.
Participation in breathwork, somatic, and embodiment practices is voluntary and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition.
7. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions, physical and emotional well-being, and results.
The Program may invite reflection on areas including grief, relationships, identity, desire, work, family, personal growth, and other aspects of life.
You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to apply anything explored through the Program and for seeking appropriate professional support when needed.
8. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Individual experiences and results vary.
No particular emotional, relational, personal, professional, financial, health, healing, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed as a result of purchasing or participating in Grief to Glow Up.
Testimonials, examples, or descriptions of past client experiences represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Program materials are the intellectual property of Angela Breitenbach and/or are used with appropriate permission.
This includes, without limitation, videos, audio recordings, teachings, written materials, frameworks, exercises, worksheets, workbooks, PDFs, graphics, practices, prompts, program names and concepts, and other materials provided through Grief to Glow Up.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Program materials for your own personal use.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, sell, license, teach, commercially exploit, modify for redistribution, share login credentials, or provide Program materials to another person without prior written permission from Angela Breitenbach.
Purchasing the Program does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
10. TECHNOLOGY AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Program materials and services may be delivered through third-party platforms such as Circle, email providers, payment processors, Zoom, Telegram, or other technology providers.
While reasonable efforts will be made to maintain access, uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party platforms cannot be guaranteed.
You are responsible for maintaining the equipment, internet connection, accounts, and technology necessary to access the Program.
11. VIP COACHING
Purchasers of Grief to Glow Up VIP receive private coaching services in addition to the digital Program.
The details and boundaries of those services—including scheduling, cancellations and rescheduling, confidentiality, messaging support, participation expectations, and the coach-client relationship—are governed by a separate Client Coaching Agreement, which must be signed before private coaching services begin.
VIP messaging support is currently provided through Telegram. Additional details regarding availability, response times, and use of messaging support will be provided during onboarding and/or in the Client Coaching Agreement.
12. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
Angela Breitenbach reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Program for material violation of these Terms, including unauthorized sharing or distribution of Program materials, abusive or threatening conduct, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Program or its platforms.
Termination for violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund or cancel outstanding payment obligations, subject to applicable law.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Angela Breitenbach may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Program, business practices, technology, or applicable requirements.
Changes will not retroactively alter material payment obligations for an existing purchase unless agreed to or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

17. ACCEPTANCE
By completing your purchase and selecting the acknowledgment at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
